Following is a summary of the updates included in the Tenmast Software released:
IRS 1099
Requirements:
- The IRS 1099-MISC form has been updated for the 2025 tax year.
- The IRS 1099-NEC form has been updated for the 2025 tax year.
- The IRS 1099 Combined State/Federal form has been updated for the 2025 tax year. Added Oregon – Code 41 and Removed Missouri – Code 29.
Occupancy & Rent Calculation
Requirements:
- Whenever a new admission occurs, the security deposit window will display the required amount. (IR-119671)
- Added special code for 50058 (2n) for "FYI" Foster Youth Initiative. (IR-126341)
- In the Rent Calc tab in ORC, the overlapping panels for New Construction have been corrected.
Inspections
Requirements:
- The HUD Form 52580 Inspection Checklist for S8 Inspections has been updated for pages 6-8. The print is clear, and the information fits within the boxes. (IR-127382)
Consumable Inventory/Purchase Order
Requirements:
- Creating a Purchase Request from the Restock Feature will no longer change the Ship To warehouse on existing open Purchase Requests (IR-103368).
